CWorks, a company specializing in CMMS, is managed in Malaysia, United States and Australia by a group of
maintenance and information technology practitioners who between them have more than 60 years combined
experience in maintenance and IT from both local and multinational organizations in many countries.
In addition to their experience in maintenance and IT, the CWorks team’s expertise includes a huge base of
implementation experience, as they have implemented CMMS at a variety of sites internationally that include
LANs, WANs, and call centers environments.
The combined know-how of the CWorks team enables CWorks Systems to produce a CMMS product that is truly fit
for purpose as it is produced by practitioners for practitioners. CWorks is the sensible approach to
maintenance management not only for its affordability but because it is designed and implemented by
experienced practitioners who understand the costs associated with asset maintenance, operational
effectiveness, and the need for continuous improvement.
CWorks’ main activities are the design, development, production and support of CWorks Computerized
Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Following successful sales in North America, CWorks in 2005 formed a
subsidiary company in the USA to ensure optimal customer service and sales support for its North American
clients. In March 2009, CWorks has established a presence in Melbourne, with the objective of expanding its
market presence and at the same time provide enhanced product support in Australia. CWorks Systems Berhad,
formed in August, 2001, is a Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status company and is listed on the Malaysian
Bourse MESDAQ board (CWorks:0079).

ABDUL RANI ACHMED
Chief Executive Officer
Graduated from Purdue University in Electrical Engineering and holds a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management from Warwick University. Started his career in oil and gas and has worked for a variety of multinational companies including Schlumberger, Racal and Johnson Controls. He has been involved in CMMS implementation for many years and have designed, developed, implemented and operated systems such as a nationwide maintenance call and dispatch center. Also he has implemented CMMS systems in a number of facilities including banks, education institutes, apartment complexes and hospitals locally and overseas. Rani is also a council member of the Master Builder Association Malaysia.
AZHAN AZMI
Executive Director
Graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA in Computer Science. He started his career developing and implementing IT systems at a renowned university in Malaysia. He later joined PROPEL-Johnson Controls where he was responsible for managing a variety of IT implementations for hospital support services. He was also responsible for the operation of a nationwide maintenance call center, handling calls and request nationwide. Before joining CWorks, he was manager of systems and networks for a large local dot com and was responsible for evaluating different technologies, databases and software tools.
ABD. MALIK MOHD DIN
Chief Marketing Officer
Graduated from Western Michigan University in 1985 with a Master of Science in Operation Research with Economics emphasis. He has 17 years of working experience in various industries including the Petroleum, Property Management, Integrated Facility Management, and Construction. He has worked with multinational and local corporations such as ESSO, L&G, Propel-Johnson Controls and Beta Strategy. Started in ESSO as Sales Representative and later promoted into planning and business development. He was then awarded for 3 consecutive years the Salesman ESSO Award in 1989,1990 and 1991. In L&G he was assigned into the group audit and property management arm. In 1997 he joined PROPEL-Johnson Controls managing a nationwide call center and later enhanced the call center function into a data management and resource center.
SAI SIDHARTH RAJAH
Chief Technology Officer
Graduated from University of Portsmouth with a BSc. Computing and holds a MSc. Software Technology with Distinction from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. With over 10 years of technical management experience, he is currently responsible for the research and development of the CWorks product suite and has been with CWorks Systems Berhad since 2002. He also has considerable domain knowledge on the maintenance process, having successfully managed and implemented CWorks in numerous different industries across the globe. Prior to joining CWorks, Sai was engaged in developing software for United Plantations Berhad and Dunia Perwira Marketing.
NURAIZAH SHAMSUL BAHARIN
Director, CWorks Mobile Sdn. Bhd.
Graduated as an Electrical Engineer from the University of Michigan and started her career as a Product Engineer with Motorola Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Sep 1994, working in Malaysia, Germany and Scotland. She joined Sapura Nokia Software Sdn. Bhd. as a Senior R&D Engineer in the year 2000. In Dec 2005, she joined CWorks Mobile Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of CWorks Systems Bhd. CWorks Mobile focuses on mobile integrated services. Nuraizah is a mentor with Cradle Investment Program (CIP) Catalyst, mentor for Maxis College Challenge (MCC) Program and heads the ICT Committee in the Women’s Entrepreneur Network Association (WENA.)
DAVID W.I. GRIFFITHS
Director, CWorks Systems Inc. (North America)
Dave Griffiths has over 40 years experience in the management of maintenance and as a Plant Manager. For the past 15 years he has concentrated on the utilization of CMMS systems in the facilities, production and service industries. His focus has always been on making these systems non-complex and user-friendly so that data can be entered by those closest to the work being done. He believes that if the plant-floor personnel take ownership of the data it will be create a dynamic viable system and management analyses will be made on complete and relevant data.
PADMAN PRABHAKARAN
Director - CWorks Systems Pty Ltd (Australia)
Graduated from The University of Bath, United Kingdom in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. Started his career in the oil and gas industry with SGS and specialized in metering and flow measurement. He then became PROPEL-Johnson Controls O&M Manager for the MoH hospital support service privatization project for the state of Sabah. Before joining CWorks, he was Johnson Controls Account Manager for the maintenance and facility management of all ExxonMobil service stations in Peninsular Malaysia. Thus far, he has project managed CMMS implementations in a variety of manufacturing plants and buildings.
In March 2009, Padman established CWorks Systems Pty Ltd in Melbourne, Australia and is currently working to expand the CWorks market presence in the Australasia region.
SUZANNA ABDUL HAMID
Director - CWorks Systems Pty Ltd (Australia)
Holds an advance diploma in Information Technology from APIIT. Started her career doing sales and marketing for IFCA. Later she joined PROPEL-Johnson Controls and was assigned to the healthcare facility management IT division. She is well experienced in Asset Management Systems, Planned Preventive Maintenance Scheduling (PPM), CMMS systems, Inventory Control Management System, IT project and system implementation management.
Suzanna is currently based in Melbourne, Australia and is assisting CWorks Systems Pty Ltd to expand the CWorks market presence in the region.
